The Unity Michigan Coalition consists of six board organizations and multiple partner organizations dedicated to ensuring that all Michiganders are treated fairly in the workplace by advancing appropriate nondiscrimination protections. While new board membership is currently closed, the Unity Michigan Coalition is actively seeking additional Partner Organizations.

Partner Organizations are organizations invested in doing the programmatic work of the Unity Michigan Coalition and actively participating in on a committee (Field, Legislative, Professional Development, Communication). To be a partner, organizations must affirm the mission of the Unity Michigan Coalition, actively participate in a spirit of collaboration, and sign a memorandum of understanding.
